I don't know whether to start with intro or beginner :P

Know someone who might be able to answer this question?

You should probably start with intro so you can get an idea of what you're gonna expect. ^-^

if you are new to japanese, intro is your best bet. Beginner is only good if you have previously learned basic japanese. And by basic i mean "hello" "goodbye" "thank you" ect. But it also teaches you how to read and write Hiragana and Katakana. Either way, Its best to start with Introductory lessons regardless just to keep you on your toes.
