I have a very important and interesting question can ”何” be used as a particle since the onyoumi of this kanji is " Ka" ? a fast and reliable answer to this question would be much appriciated and thank you :D

Know someone who might be able to answer this question?

I'm pretty sure you can't use 何 like that.  It would be kind of weird to see a sentence like

何です何?  Also, from what I've seen, onyomi is typicaly used when a kanji is combined with other kanji and kunyomi is used when the kanji stands alone.
