No Kanji Lessons?

Asked 8 years ago

I was doing some drills in the 'Beginner', and when I went to the next lesson there were only Kanji drills (JLPT 5 Kanji Quiz Set 1). I didnt read any lesson before about it, so a lot of them are unknow to me. Is there going to be lessons about Kanji in the future?

And thanks a lot! This has help me a lot in learning a bit of japanese! =)

Know someone who might be able to answer this question?

They are still adding new lessons, so there should be ones covering more Kanji in the future.

Personally I think Kanji should be seen from the start.
We are learning vocabulary, but we are writing in Kana, instead of using Kanji. So eventually we are going to learn words twice ! Isn't it easier to just stick with the Kanji ?

I agree that kanji should show up sooner, but not exactly from the start. Not everyone knows kana, and words are really good to practice reading. For beginners, it's much easier as it is.
