Whats the meaning of annoying because i looked it up some times they give me meiwakuna and others okkuu and also imeimashi so any help  ?

Know someone who might be able to answer this question?

There are like 10 different Japanese words (maybe more) that all translate to ”annoying” in English. This is far from the only example so it’s better to learn the words in context in Japanese than to look up English words in a dictionary, assuming that’s what’s the problem here.

meiwaku is annoying, like when someone constantly wants something from you and bother you
urusai is annoying, like when someone is too noisy and disrupts you
mendokusei is annoying, like when you are lazy and dont wanna do something

so if I want to say you're annoying I say Anata wa meaiku ?

If you want to say it directly, i think urusai is better. You don't need to say anything else, just Urusai!
