Hi Tariq-san,
Dictionary-form (e.g. する) / Nai-form + ようになる can demonstrate the change in habitual action of someone.
On the other hand, Dictionary form / Nai-form + ように .... means 'in order to...' and 'so that ....' / 'in order not to...' and 'so that ...not...'
--> へやをよごさないように = in order not to get the room dirty

Having a little trouble with this sentence (from the first paragraph). Is it supposed to be from the lesson that I learned a few lessons ago? (するようになる) "I have come to do ..." with the なる dropped or is it something else?
