• You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You can cancel at any time via your Account Settings.
• Content and activity created by your account may be deleted upon cancellation and cannot be recovered.
• If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and you will not be charged again.
• Nihongo Master reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and refuse future use for any reason at any time.

• Nihongo Master reserves the right to modify or discontinue Paid Accounts at any time, with or without notice.
• Prices are subject to change upon 30 days' notice, provided by posting changes to the site or by email.
• Nihongo Master is not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of Paid Accounts.

Nihongo Master makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
