@Riy, Greetings aren't written in kanji, at least in my experience (living in Japan) and to my knowledge, particularly ございます. 今晩 in kanji means "tonight" or "this evening". Although, makes it easier, doesn't it? :)

おはよう with the Kanji お早う おきようございます with the kanji お早う御座います こんばんは with the kanji 今晩は (:

No, the one with polite in the brackets is the polite version, if you look at the images.

In the vocabulary section it writes おはよう and in brackets it says "polite" shouldn't that be "casual" ?

It's nice to have it written in Hiragana to pratice reading, but still have sound so you don't screw yourself over by reading it wrong :)
