I'm new to Japanese and excited to learn! Really wanted to do this for such a long time
I love to challenge myself and I have always loved Japanese culture. My hope is to one day connect with their culture and it only seems fair to learn the language first. I have been using WaniKani to learn kanji for some time now.
I've always had a love for Japan, its culture and language. I took two semesters of Japanese in college. I used to live in Japan and worked as an ALT and I currently live in Japan working with the U.S. Military. I wish to become fluent.
I mainly want to learn so I can go visit Japan and be able to speak to the locals. I've tried to learn before but just never stuck to it so I'm hoping to change that. Nice to meet all of you.
