I'm planning a trip to Japan next year, and I've always been fascinated with leaning new languages.
I am very new to Japanese, but want to be able to access the Japanese internet and wider media landscape.
I am in the process of moving in with my 95 years old mother (born in Japan, a naturalized U.S. citizen). As she ages, I wanted to make sure I can communicate clearly with her.
Self-studied Japanese for 2.5 years before moving here a few months ago. Want to get back onto a consistent study schedule.
I'm new to Japanese and excited to learn! I'm leaving that top message because it is accurate. My boyfriend and I want to go on vacation to Japan next Summer, and I figured now would be the best time to finally bring this bilingual thing into fruition :)
